This page explains how to delete your account on Lashees, the dating app published by LASHEES SAS, and what happens to your data.
Option 1: in the app
- Open the Lashees app and sign in.
- Go to your settings.
- Choose Delete account and send the request that the app prepares for you.
Option 2: by email
Send an email to support@lashees.me from the email address linked to your Lashees account, with the subject “Delete my account”. Tell us which sign-in method you use (for example Apple or Google) so we can find your account.
With either option, we may ask for information to verify your identity, and we respond within one month.
Before you delete
- Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
- Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple or Google account to prevent future charges; see Support.
What is deleted
- Your profile stops being displayed as soon as your account is deleted.
- Account and profile data (such as your name, date of birth, email address, photos, biography and preferences) are deleted or anonymised within 30 days.
- Messages become inaccessible to the other participant immediately and are erased within 30 days, unless they are part of a report.
- Backups are overwritten within 30 days.

Delete some data without deleting your account
You can change or replace your photos and edit your profile in the app at any time. To ask us to delete other specific data, write to privacy@lashees.me.
Accounts inactive for 2 years are deleted after prior notice. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
