Lashees is a dating app for adults only. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to every profile, photo and message on Lashees.

Adults only

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Lashees. A date of birth is required, and accounts declaring an age under 18 cannot use the Service.
  • We may ask for additional evidence of age if there is reason to doubt that a user is an adult.
  • Accounts suspected of belonging to a minor are reviewed by a person and removed when the user is under 18.

What is prohibited

The following are strictly prohibited on Lashees:

  • any content that depicts, promotes or sexualises minors, including CSAM in any form, whether real, drawn or AI-generated;
  • grooming, or any attempt to contact, meet or solicit a minor;
  • sextortion, trafficking or any other form of child exploitation;
  • sharing, requesting or linking to such content, inside or outside the app.

How we detect and review

  • Every photo goes through human and automated checks before it is published.
  • Any user can report a profile or message in the app. The Lashees team reviews every report and gives an initial response within 48 business hours.

What we do

When we become aware of child sexual abuse or exploitation, we:

  • remove the content immediately and permanently exclude the accounts involved;
  • preserve the evidence as required by law;
  • report it to the competent authorities, including PHAROS in France and the NCMEC CyberTipline where applicable, and cooperate with law enforcement.

Lashees complies with the child-safety laws that apply in every country where the Service is offered.

  • In the app: report the profile or message.
  • By email: legal@lashees.me, in French or English.
  • Immediate danger: contact local emergency services (112 in Europe, 911 in the United States).
  • You can also report child sexual abuse material directly to PHAROS (France), to the NCMEC CyberTipline, or to the police in your country.
